The hotel was surrounded by beautiful scenery and the rooms were spacious and luxurious. The spa and pool area were top-notch and offered a relaxing retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city. The location was also convenient as it was situated near several popular tourist attractions.
The staff was not very friendly or accommodating during our romantic escape. The bar prices were exorbitant, and we were charged for using the tea in the room.

The hotel is conveniently located near a great shopping mall, making it easy to spend time exploring all the stores. You can easily find a variety of places to eat and drink in the area as well. the bathrooms in the rooms are spacious and luxurious. the view is spectacular from the upper floors.
The hotel staff could be more knowledgeable about western culture and customs.

This hotel has fantastic facilities, including a great swimming pool and sauna. The breakfast selection was excellent with a large variety of both western and Chinese dishes. The staff was helpful and attentive, bringing fruit to my room upon request.

The Christmas decorations were nice and the room was clean. Best aspects: the hotel was located near plenty of restaurants and shops.
The staff was not very helpful when we had questions about the area or the hotel amenities. the breakfast options were very limited and not very fresh.

From the moment we arrived, we were impressed with this hotel's luxurious atmosphere and exclusive amenities. We enjoyed the stunning pool with a view and the outstanding spa centre. the service was impeccable, with attentive staff making sure all our needs were met. Our room advantages were amongst the best we've experienced, with a private balcony offering breathtaking views of the city. the restaurant offered a range of delicious cuisine, and the bar/lounge area was a perfect place to relax and unwind.
It was quite a distance from any major landmarks, which made it difficult to explore the area on foot.
